This is my story. From how I began music, to how I ended up auditioning for one of the top drum corps in the nation.
Dem youngum years :D
All throughout my years as a child sounds were a great challenge for me. Inside my little five-year-old head, I never knew what to do with all these sound around me. They never made any sense. I would hear so much. When we went to Cracker Barrel, I would hear just about everything with my tiny ears. I would hear everyone in the restaurant talking, the dishes cla5nking in the kitchen, the clacking of passing trays full of food, the buzzing of the lights. All of that would just send me over the edge! I’d just shut down and crawl under the table and just scream and cry. I hated all that noise. My brain didn’t know what any of it was. My mom often thought what she was going to do with me. I often thought that too as I got older. Even after years of therapy, my difficulties with noise were only slightly diminished. It would all change when Music was introduced into my life.
Sometimes I like to share non-Cavaliers/DCI stuff, I promise to keep that stuff interesting like this beautiful picture (that I took, I honestly am dumb founded by how much beauty exists in the world.).
This guy… :D Thanks man!!!
